Do you allow pets?
Yes, we love welcoming your furry family to LOCAL Nashville! We allow up to 2 pets per home!
Do you have a pet weight limit?
No, we welcome pets of any size however please check with our leasing team regarding local breed restrictions.

What lease terms do you offer?
Our standard lease length is 12-months, but we understand that life may have other plans for you. Contact our office for details and availability of shorter or longer lease lengths.
What are your income requirements?
To qualify, we require gross income of 3x the monthly rent.
What is parking like for residents?
Our access-controlled parking garage is accessible to residents with reserved spaces and EV Charging.
Do you have guest parking? If so, where is it located?
Our access-controlled parking garage is only available to residents. Midtown has many public parking options including street parking, public lots, public garages within a few blocks of LOCAL.
Where will my packages go?
We have a large package locker system (LUXER) that notifies you when a package arrives as well as an additional room for large package storage.
How many elevators are in the building?
We have 3 elevators in two convenient locations. To expedite your move-in process, we are happy to offer dedicated access to an elevator. Contact our office for available time slots and to schedule your time!
What amenities are reservable?
We have several amenities that are available for private reservations. Conference rooms, community kitchen, sky lounge, and music studio are available to be reserved through your resident app. Dates and times are subject to change, so be sure to check the app for the most up-to-date schedule!
What utilities do I need to set up on my own?
Another perk of living at LOCAL is all of your utilities are paid directly through your resident portal! There is no need to transfer utilities into your name or pay additional deposits! Electric, water, sewer, valet trash and fiber internet will all be billed with your rent monthly.
Is renter’s insurance a requirement?
Yes, a $100,000 personal liability policy is required.
